Wet weather has it's benefits!
The last few weeks have been so wonderfully wet and miserable, it makes you appreciate the wonderous damp and dankness of a British autumn ... kidding!
At least there are plenty of mushrooms for me to capture in the woods π
And the light in the forest lit the green and glistened
Been having a blast lately with my mycological friends π I love that they pop up in such unusual (and frankly sometimes, uncomfortable and inaccessible locations).
Photographers Tip : Carry a binbag with you at all times! Cheap and simple way to avoid wet bottoms and knees π€£
Raise your hands in the verdant
Had an idea to thank those of you who have been kind enough to support me, so will be uploading these images to my dropbox (print quality) and sending anybody in my followers group a link to download them and use them for their own personal collections.
Feel free to do anything you choose with them, so long as it doesn't have a commercial purpose, or infringe on my ownership of the images (that almost sounded like I knew what I was talking about π€£)

I still find there are more varieties of mushroom than I have fingers, so I don't pretend to know anything at all about them (or much else for that matter) but a lack of knowledge doesn't necessarily mean a lack of interest π
I make no excuses for taking the same shots in different ways π It's the only way I'll get good at it!
Please send me photos if you get any of my images printed, as I love these types of shot, but I never think it's worth getting any done, as I fear my love of dark and moody mushroom shots, might be an acquired taste π€£
