I am someone who has always been in pretty good health and fit. Recently (about 3 years) I stopped working out and gained a lot of weight putting me at the heaviest I’ve ever been. Now, in my 40s I hit the realization that I am way too heavy and just uncomfortable. I wanted to create something that helped with accountability and that would inspire others.

I started a YouTube channel to document my transformation back to being a fit and athletic person. I post every workout and a discussion before and after, 3 videos a day. I want people to see someone who was once incredibly athletic and now struggling to do workouts that were so simple 20 years ago. I want people to see that others struggle, its not just them and that everyone can succeed. We have a strong support team for anyone needing it and will help with accountability and support. The main focus is going from a middle aged man out of shape and overweight to being able to lead a healthy lifestyle, feel better, look better and be more athletic. The first challenge is P90x Generation Next. I am documenting every day as I follow the program and hoping to help inspire others who watch me to see a large man in his 40’s give it all to get back into shape. The good, the bad and the ugly. I want to help others be comfortable with their physical struggles and overcome them.

I am hoping to expand my network and start branching into other programs and give new programs a try. I am a BODi affiliate as well and hope to use any funds to expand my reach as well as provide giveaways and samples to my supporters. Another primary focus will be providing giveaways for challenges with the funds for members as well as special prizes. This could be a year subscription, some sample supplements or other items/experiences.
