The Next Step

Nov 07, 2021

Hello Team! I hope you're keeping well. I have a very exciting update for you today! I've been very busy this morning rejigging the menus on my site, and for a very important reason! Under the Ginfluence is branching out! When I started my site 6 years ago, it was all about the gin. However, as my experience in the spirit world has grown, so has my love for all of them, so I've decided to open my site up as a hub for all types of tipple. I've also added a 'kitchen' section as I'm going to start sharing boozy recipes. My kitchen is my happy place and I've been experimenting with cooking boozy treats for a while, as well as having a go at existing recipes. Why not share the love? It's early days for this section, I'm going to start with article posts, but may well start looking at doing some videos down the line. I'm incredibly excited for this new era for my site! If you'd like to support this endeavour then feel free to buy me a coffee, or sign up for an annual membership for a £1 a month. With that I'd be happy to take requests for spirits you'd like me to write about, or ideas for a recipe you'd like me to make.

Enjoy this post?

Love this! If you ever want to collaborate,  I've been creating ginny delights using our Shed 1 Gin & botanicals for a while. Just launched our gluten-free Afternoon G&Tea.  Cheers🍸😀

Hi Zoe! Thank you! I'd love to collaborate! Any excuse to get in the kitchen! I think I still have some Shed 1 here so will have a little think of the profile and what to use it in. The Afternoon G&Tea sounds fab!

Hi Zoe! Just came across this comment again and suddenly I'm thinking of what I can do with the Chuckleberry gin. The colour is calling for some pretty cupcakes, I think.
