What is a block in Amazon Flex

Feb 05, 2024

The Amazon Flex program uses a system called "blocks." Blocks are specific time periods that Amazon has identified as loaded for delivery. Drivers can select any available block. Amazon will then send out delivery requests to all drivers who work in that block.

Delivery requests are sent out in real time, and the first driver to accept the request receives the delivery. The driver then has a certain amount of time to complete the delivery. If the driver fails to complete the delivery on time, they can be fined.

Amazon Flex is a great way for drivers to earn extra money. It's also a great way for Amazon to deliver packages quickly and efficiently.
