One of the most potent feelings we may feel is gratitude. It is the emotion of gratitude and recognition for the positive aspects of our lives. Our emotional and physical health can be greatly improved by developing a grateful mindset.

The habit of maintaining a thankfulness notebook is one of the simplest methods to develop a grateful mindset. Spend a few minutes each day listing the things for which you are thankful. This may be anything from the warm sun on your skin to a friend's encouraging comments. Consider these things and give yourself permission to genuinely appreciate them.

I have been in the space of cultivating gratitude consciously since 2012, I will have to testify that it has taken me to places I would have never thought of from trips to simply receiving a cup of coffee when I had not $1 to me name. Yup a quick "Thank you god-source-universe for all that I have received " can take you a long way when you most need it. I actually created this quick jingle while walking my dogs to say 1,000 thank you. Some days were more achievable than others, nonetheless I said it with no hidden agenda or intention. Baby I am grateful!
