But remember, every twist and turn also brings growth, healing, and opportunities for a brighter future. Healing Those Old Wounds

We all carry the weight of our past in some way or another. Those little (or not-so-little) scars from our past can sometimes pop up and throw us off balance. For the most part facing these wounds may feel as if we are not progressing. When in all do reality we are strengthening our resilience to overcome and thrive in these wounded areas. Especially when it comes to child, teen and love wounds. Rejection is one of those key wounds we have to address in order to thrive.

Let's explore how to heal these wounds:

Face the Past:

  • Reflection Time: Take a moment to sit with your thoughts and reflect on any childhood wounds or traumas that might still be affecting you. Journaling can be a therapeutic way to process these emotions. Acknowledge and Accept: Remember, acknowledging these wounds is the first step toward healing. Acceptance doesn't mean you're okay with what happened; it means you're ready to heal and move forward. I have also used and continue to tap into HO'OPONOPONO to move massive emotional blockages under a meditative state, I honestly don't play with my healing cuz baby who's not tired of these baggage's? We are getting older creating new karma and trauma, I'd rather them be peaceful as I am currently conscious of my healing journey. When we were younger were may have not known better. Open Up to Loved Ones: Share your feelings with trusted friends or family members. Sometimes, speaking our truth out loud can be incredibly healing. We cal all do it by ourselves and why would you? Create new patterns by initiating a new way of communicating our emotional side, we have a choice NOW. As long as we allow ourselves too! Switch the the blame sandwich into a delicious self love dinner.

  • Be Kind to Yourself:

    Self-Love Practices: Treat yourself with the same kindness, love, and patience you'd offer to a dear friend going through a tough time. Self-Care Rituals: Engage in activities that nourish your soul and make you feel good, whether it's taking a relaxing bath, practicing yoga, or indulging in a hobby you love. OR as easy as sleeping, get some fucking sleep. Many of us still have a huge problem not doing shit. Let's normalize 30 minute downtime at least once a day, that is the best self care tip ever.
