Sunshine Dream is set in the city of Miami, FL and is based on the Driv3r Miami map. This map mod is in GTA 5 Story Mode (a.k.a. Single player) and FiveM version. It has a replacement and addon variant, where the replacement version replaces entirety of original Grand Theft Auto V Los Santos and Blaine County, San Andreas map, whereas addon adds to it, and is located adjacent to Vespucci Beach relative to the said map.
Sunshine Dream also sports a lore version where Miami is thoroughly converted into a familiar GTA variant of Vice City. Look into mod contents and features below:

Install Sunshine Dream by reading installation notes included with the release. Complete map experiment on FiveM is installed by extracting [SUNSHINEDREAM] folder into "FXServer/server-data/resources" and add the following line into server.cfg (no quote marks):
"start [SUNSHINEDREAM]"

Story Mode version is installed by extracing "miami_d3" folder into "mods/update/dlcpacks" and adding the following line to dlclist.xml (no quote marks):
