Carcer City - Manhunt Reboot Mod in Grand Theft Auto IV

Manhunt edition of 3D Era Carcer City in GTA 4 in a personal vision enhanced with fast level design (as I call it speed leveldesign). Screenshots were captured in GTA IV and Photoshopped to depict personal vision. Carcer City use of the 1st series of levels in the game.
