Lean Workshop Update! Vlog #31. And Future Plans Update.

Aug 27, 2021

Hi Members, (*and non members you can sign up for full access here),

We've made a number of 'lean' improvements to the workshop over the summer as you will see in this latest episode of the Workshop Vlog series (video link below).

I hope you were able to change pace for a bit over the summer.

I am currently documenting the renovation of my daughter's bedroom on Instagram stories - I just started the fitted furniture install today after much painting and stair repairs! It may possibly turn into a YouTube video in future.

Future Membership Plans (Additional Tier)

The wheels are in motion for this, but first I am improving and repackaging valuable older content, starting with the 'A Fitted Furniture Apprenticeship' series. I think there is huge value in this series, and I wanted to make the various topics hidden in the footage more accessible.

Check out the YouTube description text under this episode of the series, which now includes time stamps with subjects you can jump straight into.

Once I've broken down each video into clickable sections I will collate the hyperlinks into a single PDF document - a sort of index of subjects - with a number of new bonus content links included too. This document, along with the original video links, will then be advertised on public YouTube as a training resource available to non members for a one-off fee (sold as one of the 'Extras' on this site)

I talked about this model before as part of a shift in how I run this membership site. I plan to incorporate more packaged up 'extras' into my future plans - so for example when the higher tier membership is launched, if you are not ready to commit to it, you may be able to access some sections of special interest to you for a standalone fee.

My overall aim is to give better value to you whether you are a DIYer, a young tradesmen in this field, or a growing business owner. I am not going to rush it, and I want to keep you on board.

Remember that the rate you signed up at (on the current tier) will be locked in for you forever, even when it increases for new members, as it has already done twice and will do again.

Whichever category you are in, what content would you like to see more of on here?
