Hello Everyone! I write after an absence of time because I was in California for a family member's funeral and to catch up with relatives. It also allowed me access to a wonderful array of ingredients which I brought back with me so I can cook up some more great, tasty dishes for the super volunteers at the groups I support in Kharkiv! I'm quite excited by the things I brought with me. I'll start my local shopping today after I run through my meal plans and ingredients list. Time to spend time cleaning up and reorganizing my kitchen cabinets, too. The cooking starts tomorrow!
