STEP 4
Completing the SMD components list.
For this task I have two ms2930 board.
one is rev F1
and the second one is rev D1
There is 4 kinds of components
Resistors: the easiest part, most values are directly readable, no problem here.
Capacitors: no capa values anywhere as expected. I will obtain values latter, from
others schematics, datasheets.
Diodes: with the 2 boards, a magnifier, I have been able to put a mark on each of them.
This result in two kind of double diode, DAN202 and DAN207.
Transistors: most tedious part, the marking were not always easy to read. I de-soldered
some of them to identify unambiguously the type (FET,NPN,PNP). I managed to find
some ref that are ok with the marking/type but really to soon to tell if all NPN are identical
It took a long time to cleanup the listing. Some components were listed twice, some silkcreen
is missing so there is no Ref for some.
With jumpers listed, I count 981 parts !
Remember Nanao divided the board in zones ? Each component have one assigned. The Group
is here to sort the full list in logical blocks (as seen in this photo).
