So often I get asked about business ideas and a lot of times I charge for certain advice depending on how in depth they want me to go.
But I thought of a few the other day that I'd like to share here.
Start a cleaning business and go to multi residential apartment buildings and offer a "special price" for cleaning once or twice a week. You'd be surprised how many people struggle to find a good cleaner or they struggle to find time to clean themselves.
Are you good at social media but don't want to go into social media management? Offer to sell people's unwanted items online and share the profits. Start with friends and family and think of people like the elderly who have so many items in their house they don't use anymore. Collect those items, post them online and start making money.
Do you work a 9-5? But you're looking for that little extra money on weekends? Do you like to bake? Why not offer baking services on weekends? A little social media knowledge and good reviews from family and friends could quickly give your sales some growth.
Going back to the multi residential buildings and along with office buildings. Buy a small van, kit it with a mobile carwash and detailing. Then approach offices and apartment buildings to wash and detail cars for them while they're home or at work. This saves people time from taking their car to the carwash. If you charge an average of 100 bucks for car wash (wash, dry, and vacuum), and can do 20-30 cars a day Monday to Friday, that's 10,000-15,000 a week.
Think of ways that make people's lives easier, how to make money from that idea, and implement. Not all ideas will work, but all ideas are worth a try.
