[Projects] Some news from the last months

Apr 17, 2024

Past months I had to deal with some health issues that avoided me to be very active on my blog and my projects. I feel better now and here are some news of the few things I did during those months.

## Blog

I published today a new article (in French) about scanning documents on Windows from a Python script using Microsoft's WIA APIs.

You will find it on the blog:

## Rivalcfg

I released 3 versions of Rivalcfg to support new devices and features. The software now supports the Prime Mini and the Aerox 5 mice. The Rival 600 now supports button bindings!

## PyPAPI

The Python bindings for the PAPI library now supports PAPI 6.x thanks to a contributor (we were stuck to the v5.5 for a long time). I have no time to maintain this library actively, so it will evolve only with the help of contributors.

## YOGA

We now provide a standalone build for Linux. This is a compiled version of the software that can be run on any Linux system (Ubuntu 20.04 and more recent) without having to install any dependencies.

You will find the tarball on Github:

## YOGA Image Optimizer

YOGA Image Optimizer, the GUI frontend for YOGA was also released with updated translations.

## That's it

As I said, I was not able to work as much as I wanted on my projects. I hope I will be able to publish more news in the coming months! 🙂️
