Hi all! I recently launched support for "Rate changes" in the home loan calculator, the most requested feature by far. You can simulate rate cuts or rises, set custom schedules, and choose how repayments adjust (or don't, if you want repayments to stay the same when rates drop – you can even redirect surplus payments to your offset!).
It took some time to get right, since lenders all handle rate changes a little differently. But it’s live now, along with a bunch of other improvements in this release.
