This is a super fast project to work up, and makes a great gift! Great for Easter baskets, Christmas stockings, or to add to your own stash of hair accessories!
You’ll need a 5mm crochet hook, an elastic hair tie, velvet yarn, and of course scissors. I can usually have a scrunchie made, from start to finish, in about 20 minutes. See my tutorial below for easy instructions!
