I've been struggling with chronic fatigue for several years now, and more recently a knee injury (fat pad impingement in both knees).
Which has led to a slightly unplanned path of reducing my work hours to part time unexpectedly, and now preparing for 2 surgeries and a significant chunk of time off work.
