I'm Nat Lauzon! Voice artist, radio gal and the host of Feedbag Podcast where I talk about the stuff of life! Things like - midlife, dating, living alone, perimenopause - with plenty of quirky stuff for good measure.

This podcast is a labour of love for me. I researched podcasting for a year before I started working on Feedbag. En route, I was sidelined by a work leave and a cancer diagnosis (boo, hiss) - but I picked it back up and am so glad I did, launching Feedbag just before my 50th birthday in Nov. 2025! It's important to me to make something that creates community and brings people joy. That's what brings ME joy, too - so it's win win!
