Last year, I won the AnitaB.org Systers Pass It On Award, which had a tiny grant to complete the project I proposed. I wanted to create a framework for community leaders, event organizers, and conference curators to help them host more inclusive professional events.
It took us a few months to create and launch the framework. We also went through a review process with fellow women in tech and community leaders to ensure that we have created something that is useful. We are super excited about this resource and would like to share it with all of you!
