This Job Market, New Zealand - what are you seeing from your angle? Am I not applying for enough jobs?
Unlike some who have been "mass applying", admittedly I've been more laser focused on finding roles that are well aligned with past experience and qualifications (pre-lockdowns, pre-AI, this strategy would of landed multi-offers consistently) - I'm barely keeping my head afloat this year, with some little casual work, the near future is looking uncertain and I'm not sure what else to do?
