...Tropical Storm Emily (formerly invest 98L) is expected to be a short-lived storm, and will most likely dissipate by Tue.
> it's moving: West @ 15 mph
...No effects to land areas are expected as TS Emily is expected to veer off into the north Atlantic -- (currently) posing no threat to the Caribbean.
