Why I'm doing this:

Because this is happening far too often.

Not so long ago, I had a top-tier AI plan with a well known provider. The service got worse, really bad. The tokens vanished faster than the speed of light and the output was degraded.

One night at 5am, stressed and sleep-deprived, I wrote to support. Two wrong words in my message.

A bot cancelled my subscription. (I'd asked for a credit.) Locked me out of live client work. Mid-project. Refunded half 2 weeks later. All in 16 minutes.

I won in the end. Full refund. Credits added.

Not because anyone suddenly cared... but because I came back with receipts

Timestamps. Invoice numbers. Their own status page.

It shouldn't take that. Nobody should have to figure this out alone and at their lowest… under pressure.
