Vegan Rations for Soldiers and Other Achievements of Every Animal in 2023
In 2023, Every Animal continued to help soldiers, whether with vegan rations or fundraising at the Vegan Weekend festival. We developed our projects, closed inefficient areas, and grew as an organization.
In 2023, we:
Developed vegan rations for defenders with the participation of our partners TM "Маркел", Eat Me At, and qualified nutritionist Mark Shpara. Eight main dishes and eight soups are already ready, which have successfully passed a tasting. Next year, we will present the completed daily sets to the Ministry of Defense to approve them at the official level.
Distributed 65,703 plant-based lunches and sent 620 vegan rations to soldiers under the @vegankitchenua project.
Held 4 charity Vegan Weekend festivals, where we raised 964,635 UAH together with you for various needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and for vegan rations for our soldiers.
Created a comic and cartoon "The Story of Veel", where we showed the truth about the meat industry.
Wrote 99 articles about the vegan lifestyle, ethical businesses, animal protection, and more.
Released 36 videos on the Every Animal YouTube channel.
Held 15 lectures on veganism and plant-based nutrition at the Vegan Weekend, as well as for Vodafone and Ecodiya.
2,026 people took the Vegan Express course in 2023.
The head of Every Animal Tamara Human spoke at the AVA Summit in Los Angeles, where she told about the organization's experience in promoting veganism during the war, supporting soldiers, and working to introduce vegan rations into the army.
Received 47 mentions in the media, for which they gave comments or wrote materials.
Purchased an inflatable boat and motor for evacuation and purchased 50 food rations for those affected by the flooding in Kherson.
Found an office for the efficient work of the team.
