When I did my yoga teacher training a while back, we had a conversation around grounding and the process of grounding.

I’ve been asked in the past “how do you meditate”, and I think “how do you breathe?”, and I’m being totally serious.

Meditation is taking a moment and focusing on your self, self awareness, checking in to your body, and allowing what ever needs to rise, be noticed, or acknowledged.
