1. Grant of License
The Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Schematic for:
Personal use
Use on a private or public Minecraft server you own or manage
This license does not transfer ownership of the Schematic.
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
Resell the Schematic in any form
Redistribute the Schematic (free or paid)
Share the Schematic file publicly or privately
Upload the Schematic to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing service
Claim the build as your own work
Modify and resell the Schematic as a derivative product
Include the Schematic in any bundle, pack, or download collection
3. Server Use
You may use the Schematic on monetized servers, provided that:
The Schematic itself is not being sold or distributed
Players are not given access to download the Schematic file
4. Intellectual Property
The Schematic remains the intellectual property of the Author.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
5. Violation of Terms
Unauthorized distribution, resale, or misrepresentation of the Schematic constitutes copyright infringement.
The Author reserves the right to:
Issue takedown notices (including DMCA claims)
Pursue legal remedies where applicable
6. No Affiliation with Mojang
This product is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
7. Acceptance
By downloading or using this Schematic, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this License Agreement.
8. Modifications, Mods, and Modpack Integration
Any use, integration, adaptation, or inclusion of this Schematic in mods, modpacks, plugins, custom clients, or any distributed modified game content is prohibited without the Author’s prior written authorization.
