Game requires a modified debugging exe. once the game loads exit the debug menu, you have to press t to get to the test menu and click the 8th option and set the option which says off to on.
Exit from test mode and wait for the game to get to the title screen and click the mouse to start, the game is a touchscreen game so it's played with the mouse.
