I've really enjoyed weighing, measuring and milling all the different grains for the super duper home milling whole grain flour conversion chart I'm making (coming soon). Now to pull it all together, and make some interesting bread with these beautiful fresh whole flours! Three cheers for my Mockmill, Morris (best friends with Boris). He's a champ!
