I’m Ellis. I make YouTube videos for people who’ve reached the age where a quiet café, a decent walk and cancelling plans all count as a cracking day out.

I talk about life after 50, the strange behaviour of modern society, the things we no longer care about and why every kitchen gadget now requires eleven attachments and a degree in mechanical engineering.

I’ve climbed Everest, written a couple of books and made enough questionable life decisions to produce content for several decades.

My videos are mostly filmed while wandering around the North East, sitting in my car or staring suspiciously at things that didn’t exist when I was young.

There are no life coaches, morning routines or billionaires telling you to get up at 4am. Just honest observations, dry humour and the occasional useful thought hidden among the nonsense.
