Income tax is tax on government employees/officers and corporate officers. We're all assumed to be corporate officers of JOHN SMITH, meaning the corporation set up for each of us. It's racketeering between IRS, United States, and almost every business in the The USofA.
When I was born, a certificate of live birth was created at the hospital and not given to my mom and dad. Instead, they were told to request a birth certificate from the state. That request created a corporation named after me. Thereafter, all of my life was based on that corporation.
Today, I'm assumed to be officer of that corporation, and IRS assumes that corporation that works for my 'employer'. IRS and federal government assume that corporation is involved in every worker-company contract. They're engaged in racketeering.
The definition of employee in US Code is a govt worker or a corporate officer:
For purposes of this chapter, the term “employee” includes an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States, a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing. The term “employee” also includes an officer of a corporation. Source
Federal government started this scheme during World (Oil) War 2 as 'withholding'.
The key rebuttals are as follows, if I'm John of the Myers:
I work directly for a private-sector company as worker.
The corporation JOHN MYERS is not involved.
I am not 'employee' as defined in 26 USC 3401.
I do not work in United States (the govt, it's territory, or its corporations, agencies, or agents)
I did not receive 'wages' as defined in the code.
I do not receive 'compensation for services' in United States.
I am not resident of anywhere. I have domicile on Ohio [or wherever i live at that time]
I do not reside anywhere.
I am not U.S. Citizen.
I am not a natural person or person and don't use any persons for my private-sector work. I am trader.
I am not citizen or resident of United States. I do not hold the office of citizen or the office of resident of United States.
I do not work for or trade with United States
It's not my fault the private-sector company for which i work mistakenly uses the W-4, I-9, W-2, 1099, which are meant for people who work for United States or companies that do business with United States.
All use of those forms is frivolous since I am man working for private-sector company. Use of United States forms for private-sector work is as ridiculous as my company using internal forms of Walmart. Any use of these forms is void.
While 'exempt' is a benefit for govt employees, i have used the exempt status merely to reduce the fraud.
Payments to the corporation JOHN MYERS were made in error and the money was redirected to its rightful recipient: John of the Myers.
It is entirely possible that IRS and United States use both fraudulent assumptions: that (1) I hold the office of citizen or resident of United States and (2) that the corporation JOHN MYERS worked for my private-sector company. I rebut both presumptions.
And I do rebut them.
Every year, I rebut the erroneous W2s sent by the private-sector company for which I work. I send letters to SSA - multiple offices.
Note, this year SSA sent back my letter! Since they sent it back to JOHN MYERS, i sent all of it back return to sender. JOHN MYERS does not reside in my home.
Then I sent yet another letter to SSA claiming they would be engaged in racketeering should they try to presume a taxable corporation was involved in a private-sector worker-to-company contract.
One cannot toss letters from SSA and IRS in the trash. All need to be rebutted.
The USofA is an alliance, like the United Nations. The UN can tax its member states. The USofA can tax its 50 member states. But The USofA cannot tax the people of the states. To circumvent this, the federation government uses the ruse/scam listed above.
