This morning I feel discombulated. Like my weekend schedule was too full for this to actually be Monday morning. Today's training was disjointed. The Exercise portion mentally felt better. There were less shame, blame, and guilt thoughts about the process. I heard the Audio Recordings more often. And gave myself room and permission for 10 seconds break.

A couple of times I got to convince myself to start again. It was the feeling of the process guiding my motivations. Or whether the thought of how it was uncomfortable and how time was almost over...so I could just rest and then not have to do it. That translates to goal periods every quarter. I get to choose differently and commit
