Missed multiple commitments made to same group. People that I'm responsible to lead. First thought was how do I justify or explain it so that it's not a miss. Second was "can I ignore it or own it privately"
Success and abundance is assured to me regardless. And that's not the reason I'm trying to hide. It's their view of me. And I'm not sure if they is Klemmer, my SG, or my fellow team leads. I get to choose and move. I'll acknowledge to everyone and move on.
