I’m currently here in Inverness, Florida, visiting family—a place I had never even heard of until just last year. Life has a way of introducing us to new spaces, peace, and experiences. As I spend time here, I’m reminded that the principles of Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology are truly everywhere. From observing how local businesses interact with the community to noticing how family members communicate and adapt, it’s clear that leadership, motivation, teamwork, and culture are always in motion. No matter where we are, people and work remain deeply connected. That’s truly living the I/O Life!
