Stop Holding a Funeral for Something God Is Not Finished With Yet!
Dead to You Does Not Mean Dead to God
Ezekiel 37:5 (AMPC) “Thus says the Lord God to these bones: Behold, I will cause breath and spirit to enter you, and you shall live;”
These were not sick bones, these were not weak bones, these were dead, dry bones.
There was no visible evidence of life, no natural reason for hope, and no human ability to reverse their condition.
Then God spoke.
Beloved, never make the mistake of declaring something permanently dead simply because you cannot see how God could restore it.
Some of us have stared at the dryness so long that we have forgotten the authority of the One speaking to it!
Your circumstances do not get the final word. Your disappointment does not get the final word. Your past does not get the final word. What people said about you does not get the final word.
GOD GETS THE FINAL WORD!
Ezekiel was standing in a valley filled with evidence of death while God was speaking the language of LIFE!
That is where faith is tested.
Can you believe what God said while everything around you appears to contradict Him?
Stop allowing what you see to become more authoritative than what God has spoken.
Those bones could not revive themselves. God supplied what they did not possess, breath, spirit, and life.
And somebody needs to hear this today. If God has spoken life over what looks dead, stop holding a funeral for something God IS not finished with yet!
Question For Today
Have you declared something dead simply because YOU cannot see a way forward, or do you still believe that one Word from God can breathe life into what you thought was over?
