Meet the exceptional 1991 2-star PE award winner, from collecting bricks in pyjamas to being the 14th place at the 1988 swimming gala, Music Producer and day job Motion Designer. Influenced by Vince Clarke and Depeche Mode growing up in a similar sister New Town to Basildon, Harlow in Essex, was in the Erasure fan club as a kid and appeared in two of his videos Love To Hate You and Fingers and Thumbs. His Grandfather, a plumber to stars including Dave Gilmour, Cliff Richard and Kate Bush, exposed them to a range of musical genres, solidifying his love of music, including Tomita, Gary Numan and Debussy.
Starting Piano at 8, they quickly excelled but let go by his piano teacher due to his affinity for dark chords and wanting to learn the latest chart music. Achieved a Double GCSE in science despite being told off for countless hours in the school's music block. Creating a crowd when finding how to adjust the Cutoff Filter and Resonance of a Roland D-5. They started producing music on a 4-track, drum machine and Synth a joint Christmas and Birthday present around age 9.
Work experience tea boy at Ninja Tune and Hydrogen Dukebox, duties included going out to buy a broom and it being too big to get in to the office, literally a school boy error. Had to interupt an interview with Laurent Garnier to get my coat to go home.
Studied design at same University as Alison Goldfrapp first job designing flyers for dodgy nightclubs in Essex eventually working for the BBC. They had encounters with Spanish police due early drone usage and lived in Trellick Tower for a year a favourite brutalist building.
