Well, before I sleep, this seems worth posting.
Plentiful Harvest; Crops & Cooking is my big Stardew Valley mod project for now. It wasn't recent, but it got updated to 1.2.3, which was part of a big release of new production machines and a chinese translation. You can read all the details on the page here.
Feel free to give it a download! It's one of those mods that adds more stuff to do, and as far as I've always played games like SDV, it's more than welcome anytime.
