September was a phenomenal month in all aspects of my life! I paid off 2 credit cards, my daughter turned 18 years old, I gained so much clarity, I weighed my lowest weight to date. As I reflect as we enter into October, I can’t help but feel very grateful for all of the people, all of the experiences and all of the lessons in my life. I encourage you as we wind down the year 2020 start soaking up the moments even more!
