With a lot of patience (and a little luck), I am now live on the clinic schedule!
There are a few steps involved in being able to help the patients in Ukraine:
Figuring out the difference in time zones, setting up my availability, and finding an available medical interpreter to be on at the same time (I don't speak Ukrainian or Russian)!
I put in a test availability for this morning from 9am-11am as a dry run, just to ensure that the system actually had me in there.
It was very gratifying to open the clinic appointment scheduler and see my name!
Small steps, but each one counts!
