Sometimes..., people seeing me sketch a pose quickly without seeing me do some base foundation and they ask me, how do you make this pose right and so quickly , it because I have a good base of the basics , and years of experience and anatomy knowledge and hours of hours of anatomy studies behind me , and all the basic is already done in my head when I drawing. so here a quick breakdown of what going in my head , when I do poses. hope it will help you in some way in your art.
