Under The Sea 🧜‍♀️

This is a project I made recently. It’s watercolor. It’s a mermaid tail, bubbles and sea plants. I pieced together various watercolor paintings, cut them out and glued them together to create this underwater landscape scene. I used stencils, a hole punch and decorative edge scissors. I think it would make a fun project for homeschooling, scouts, youth groups and summer camps. The fun thing I like to do when using stencils is to draw the marking on the back and then be surprised when I turn it over to see the patterns. I’d like to frame it. Watercolor is a very freeing medium and fun for beginners 😎
