Group Coaching and Ecosomatics for well-being and personal growth in group settings

The Forest Coaching® Certificate is the program dedicated to those who wish to learn how to design and facilitate personal growth and wellbeing experiences in groups, working in synergy with trees and the Forest as a place of healing, listening, and transformation.

The course focuses on:
• group coaching
• Ecosomatics (embodiment, deep connection with Nature, contemplative practices)
• Deep Forest Bathing and Mindfulness with Nature
• Deep connection with trees, woods and gardens
• Deep connection with Nature in urban contexts

The «Forest Coaching® Certificate» is issued after attending three learning trunks: Ecosomatic Coaching Foundations (20 hrs ONLINE), 5-day WORKSHOP (40 hrs in person), 40 hrs Nature Coaching ONLINE, totalling 100 hours.
Pre-requisite: successful completion of the Ecosomatic Coaching Foundations Course.

ONLINE LEARNING TRACK: 40 HOURS
40 hours of online learning delivered through digital content accessible independently, complemented by a series of webinars (online via Zoom).

KEY TOPICS:

• How to design and lead group personal growth and wellbeing experiences with an approach based on the integration of group coaching and ecosomatics (contemplative practices, embodiment, deep Nature connection)
• The Framework of the Nature Coaching Academy (The Rose of the Eight Natural Archetypes): the Archetypes of the Tree, the Forest, and the Garden.
• Ecopsychology, Biophilia, Primal Intelligence, Mindfulness, Walking Meditation, and Contemplation in connection with Nature.

IDEAL COMPLETION OF THIS LEARNING TRACK:
In-person WORKSHOP: 40 hours Nature Immersion to practice the ecosomatic approach to group coaching for personal growth: Deep Forest Bathing, ecosomatics, Biophilia, and many other teachings that will complete your training and enable you to obtain the Forest Coaching® Certificate.
