You have expenses, commitments, and duties.
People who believe in you and whom you want to make proud, as well as those who do not believe in you but whom you want to disprove, are important to you.
For both you and your family, you have goals that you wish to achieve. Things you should do to feel as though you have lived a full life. Things that make you feel stuck in a mental space where the present only serves as a means to a better future.
Those individuals and things won't change. You can.
You can visit a location where anything is conceivable. where you truly appreciate what is happening in front of you and don't worry about anything that has already happened or is yet to happen.
A setting where outward appearances don't seem to matter as much, allowing you to play, act foolish, ask questions, and give honest answers without fear of being judged or censored.
a situation when you like doing things that make you happy, regardless of how fleeting they may be, since they make you happy in the moment.
Even while you can't go back to being three years old and are probably not interested in doing so, you can still feel that joy.
Today, have a break.
Permit yourself to let go of your anxiety and effort. Be present where you are. Consider the beauty of something basic. Have fun while creating something; just do it for enjoyment. Be fun, inquisitive, susceptible to admiration, and open. even if only briefly.
A brief break and a slight change in perspective can have a big impact.
