A Ukraine that is truly Ukrainian - in which Ukrainians rule, in which Ukrainians are not discriminated against, in which the main state language is Ukrainian, the language in which everyone speaks and all services are provided, but everyone knows English and easily switches to it with foreigners and everyone languages are fluent in it. Ukraine, which occupies its ethnic territories that were before the Russian occupation. Ukraine, in which all the people are highly developed, knows its history, artists and their works, has certain professional knowledge and skills and knows well what it wants. Ukraine with incredible ecology and landscapes. Rich Ukraine, in which the state's potential is 100% realized and funds go to the people, politicians do not steal, and oligarchs do not exist. A Ukraine with honest courts and the absence of corruption, a Ukraine in which not a trace of the former Soviet system remained. Ukraine, where everyone can do what he wants and the state gives him all the resources for it. Fully digitized Ukraine without bureaucracy and illogical points. Ukraine with a high level of science, culture, clergy, morality and art.
In addition, if I were in power, I would reform education, making education for children from the age of 3, but in the form of games, and for teenagers in the form of computer games, shortening and changing the program so that all knowledge of history, geography, physics, etc. they received mathematics by playing games, and based on the results of the games, an assessment was made and at the same time the psychological portrait of a person, his talents and skills for certain professions were determined. I would make it so that the Ukrainian people do not pay for the wealth of the state, for what belongs to the state, such as minerals or electricity, but pay only for the work of extracting or manufacturing them and transporting them home, servicing technologies. Similarly with transport - everything is free, except maintenance of equipment. We feed poor people and give them food for free, so I would make minimalist housing and the simplest food (for example, bread, fruits, vegetables and water) free, but those who want more - to live in large apartments or eat a more varied diet - buy separately. Similarly with medicine. You will not save a person because he has no money. Medicine should be free, as should rescuers, police and everything else. By the way, it would be good to replace the police with regular patrols, in which everyone who wants to is on duty in their own area. It is like protection, protection of one's own district. I would abolish prisons. All criminals are psychopaths, maniacs. They need to be treated in psychiatry. A mentally healthy person will never commit a crime and prisons do not correct anyone. They only serve as a means of intimidating people into not committing crimes. I would open special psychiatric clinics for such people, where, of course, they would be kept in captivity but treated at the same time and released only after recovery. No term of imprisonment, but a term of treatment. Not cured - not released. If the crime is unintentional, then the perpetrator pays the victim ten times the price of the damage. This is a sufficient price for people to be more careful and not to make mistakes that lead to harm to other people. The victim does not receive any benefit from imprisonment, and here it is the injured party who will receive all the compensation. If these are crimes such as drunk driving, for example, then this can be corrected with a mandatory series of specially created films that have a psychological effect so that a person does not do it again. I would create special institutions that would consist of ordinary people, where you could complain about the unsatisfactory work of state institutions, including courts and officials and politicians, and these people would have the opportunity to launch various solutions through voting. I would also cancel the parliament and transfer the voting online for all people. If the question concerns a certain profession, then only people of this profession vote, if everyone - then everyone. I would pass the transition to government positions through testing, which would determine both awareness in the profession and strategic and logical thinking. Anyone could take it and only the best were invited, for example, to work in the ministry. As for the judges, there would be tests for moral qualities, justice, philosophy, and after the slightest suspicion of ethics violation - dismissal.
In general, I have a lot of ideas and I plan to write a book with them, because no one will let me into politics and there is no money to go there, and yes, maybe the descendants, when they mature, will use them, because, I think, now society is not ready for me :) Even now here on Twitter they hate me and conduct discredit campaigns because of my vision of Ukraine without Russia. It's ironic - they call me a Russian agent for this, because I criticize everything Russian in Ukraine :) I understand that in politics they would throw mud at me and resist with all their might, because no one likes changes, but they are necessary.
