I have now been wrangling with the badge for this site. As I am using wordpress for my content it would mean I would have to take out a business account with them. This would be so I can put up a badge for donations...or a widget...or a fiddley dee...or whatever it is being called this season.
This is somewhere in the ball park of two hundred odd quid, and that is somewhat out of my range at the current moment in time. It might mean me trying to make my own website....so I wouldn't hold your breath on that one.
Still life is always a challenge and some of this stuff is doubly and triply so. It amazes me that people can do that website magic without breaking a sweet. I have a feeling it is something that will some time in the future be taught to our toddler entreupeneurs. Instead of putting their pictures on the fridge they will be selling them on the interweb.
So now it is time for me to go off and find a work around, and hope that I have this whole thing wrong in my head. That it is much simpler than I think, and can be resolved in a heartbeat :)
