October is one of our busiest months. The weather starts to cool, the clocks go back, and suddenly we’re pulling out all those winter clothes ready for the months ahead.
But how many of them sit at the back of the wardrobe and never see the light of day?
So many new customers come into Daadi and say, “I’ve already got too many clothes.” And they probably have. But that doesn’t mean we stop enjoying clothes or stop wanting something different.
Because the thrill of finding something new to wear never really leaves us — and perhaps it shouldn’t.
Clothes are an emotional skin. We don’t just wear them to cover ourselves. They can change how we feel, lift our spirits, give us confidence, remind us of who we were — or let us play with who we want to be today. It’s been that way for centuries.
So instead of buying more and adding to an already overflowing wardrobe, SWAP!
Our next big clothes swap is on 22nd October at Casa Claudia in the Jalón Valley, with doors opening at 2pm.
Expect clothes, shoes, bags, scarves, jewellery and plenty of unexpected treasures. Bring your Daadi tote, or we can include a bag, fill it up and take as much as you can fit inside.
