I spent the past few days creating App Store screenshots for my app. Most of it was spent searching for the right tool that was free and produced professional shots. My requirements were pretty simple. I wanted to display some text above a realistic-looking phone with a background gradient. So I was pretty happy when I stumbled upon Picasso: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/picasso-app-screenshot-studio/id6472062986.
All these screens are pretty close to the real thing (with a few tweaks to padding, text size, and mock data). Lastly, I wanted to pay homage to Max Park's world record, so I changed the time to 3:13 using this handy terminal command: xcrun simctl status_bar "iPhone 16 Pro" override --time "3:13"
