I'm going to sort out the ebook today. I was working on it late last night and my computer kept crashing. It took me a while until I realised what was going on: I was using the high quality images - I need to resize them for kindle. Duh! Such a silly mistake. At least, that's what I think the issue is. Will find out later today.
