Part 1 of my Miraculous Ladybug redesigns! First up is our protagonist, Marinette Dupain-Cheng.
First of all, it's practically a crime that a fashion designer in the show mostly sticks to ONE outfit! I gave Marinette a more updated 2021 Gen-Z look since she would be in tune with all the latest trends.
The other big change you might notice is her eyes and hair. I simply love the original 3D prototype of Marinette with black hair and gray eyes, and I wanted to incorporate that. I think she looks so pretty with Sabine's eyes! Besides, blue eyes aren't really genetically possible considering Marinette's parents' genes and eye colors. 🤭
