Just uploaded an old video. I guess sometimes when I edit videos, I hate them so many of them stay in this odd miscellaneous list of files. But I watched it and I did like it.
Making French Onion Dip is pretty easy. It's really just a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, caramelized onions, chives and salt and pepper. In this video I used some vegan yogurt we had on hand which explains why it seems kind of runny. I mixed in sour cream to firm it up. Nowadays, there have been many advances for vegans to substitute.
I also used an immersion blender to mince the onions. Looking back at this, I would love to make this for a party and garnish with salmon roe and more chives to class it up.
