Hi Shannon! I just started listening to your podcast and I'm already getting so much out if it. Everything you say is so relatable. I'm a single mom to a 10 year old, severely autistic daughter. She's non verbal, has intellectual disability as well as a health conditons that make her life (and mine) miserable. I also have a 6 year old with moderate/severe autism. She has extreme OCD and ARFID, so she's strictly tube fed. This life is no joke and it feels like NO ONE gets it unless they've lived through it. Sharing your stories, tips and tricks, really make people like me feel less alone. Thank you so much. I can't wait to try out some of the supplements you suggested for stress managment and energy.

I love this Podcast, thank you so much for sharing! I also have a 16 year old son with severe autism non verbal. He has challenging behaviours and things at home are hard. but he is beloved and we are a loving family. I know what its like to be an advocate for your child. we have our own Youtube channel where we're learning sign language to help improve his language. Keep telling your story ❤️
