Well, if you read my first posting here you're up-to-speed on things and know that it was announced on March 21, 2025 that a change in Zazzle's terms will go into effect April 1, 2025, and that that will effect how our earnings our calculated, rendering my original sheet somewhat obsolete.
I made this post to the forums on March 25th, 2025 and it has generated a lot of interest as well as a number of people asking if I would be offering up a new calculator sheet. The answer to that is Yes. But, until I know for sure how Zazzle will be calculating the referral portion of earnings on a PP2 link ("Self-Promotion Link"), I can't do that accurately. So at some point after reports start rolling in re new earnings after April 1st, I will be making a new sheet that incorporates that new information.
For now, I am offering a temporary sheet.

If you look at the tab bar at the bottom of the sheet, you'll see there are actually two sheets. The first ("Old vs New") has two calcs side-by-side, to compare what you are making under the current system to what you'd make under the new system assuming worst-case scenario of a 50% carve-out. The second sheet ("4 rates") is a grid of four calcs, one for each of the possible new carve-out rates - 35, 40, 45, 50.
On all of my calcs, you need to use Zazzle's royalty calculator to enter a royalty percent to get the product list price for it, and then plug that product price into my sheet. After that, my sheet should show you all the numbers you want to know. Except for the Referral earnings on a "Self-Promotion" sale (formerly referred to as a PP2 sale). I can't know what that will be yet so those lines are grayed-out on the sheet.
Hopefully this sheet will help you decide how you want to adjust your royalties, if you want to adjust them at all. I am making the sheet available to anyone, for FREE, no strings attached. But if you appreciate my efforts, feel free to buy me a cup of coffee. ;)
