Often times I find my self tearing down my self. My own house. But this time around I’ll listen to the voice of the Lord and build myself up in my the most holy faith. Doing some unlearning, unbuilding, of habits that have kept me from being me. The walls I’ve set in place on shaky foundations, not on faith and truth. The floors built over pain and filled with fillers and not substance, and steady material that can help me build. I’m going to change my mindset this time around. Building on the Solid Rock who is a firm foundation. Trusting that He wouldn’t lead me where He hasn’t equipped me. This time around instead of tearing myself down in those unkempt walls I’m going to fix them. This time I’m going to trust, and I’m going to Build my house.
